How to show the header's filter of the SelectItem's pickList ?

Is it possible to show the header's filter of the SelectItem's pickList ? In fact, I need to allow multi-column filtering of the content of the pickList.

Also I need that the pickList to be live fetching data. Have you any idea how to do it ?
