ListGrid canPickFields

Hi,

I did not find any setCanPickFields or setAttribute for the ListGrid.

How can we set the attribute canPickFields of the ListGrid to false?

To clarify my question:

I need to be able to fix a column in the beginning of the list and disallow unfreezing it and removing it from my list.

I thought by setting canPickFields to false this might work.

Any ideas?
