Apostrophe problem

I have a problem with apostrophe (') character while rendering the data in my grid. There is a field called Note in my table where it stores all the user entered comments. In one of the records, a user had entered apostrophe(') character and beacuse of this whole data is not loading in the grid. If I exclude this record, then it works fine.

I have searched this forum but could not find any solutions. Can you please suggest me how to get away from this problem.

Please post a standalone test case with an onModuleLoad(). You can modify an existing showcase sample if that's more convenient.

If you have a look at the Description field for United Kingdon in this sample, you'll see it contains an apostrophe.
