When I try to run the SmartGWT EE showcase with GWT 2.0 (from Eclipse), the server side does not start properly:

This is new; it used to work with GWT 1.7.1.
It looks like the configuration of the embedded Jetty server has changed in GWT 2.0.
Is this going to be fixed in SmartGWT-EE?
