Is FileLoader and DateChooser components are part of LGPL license?

I am little bit confused about using FileLoader and DateChooser component. Is FileLoader and DateChooser components are part of LGPL license version of SmartClient?

DateChooser yes, FileLoader no. FileLoader is part of Network Performance and comes with Power licenses and above.
