Problem with textArea and scrollbar

Hi,
I have question about textArea, because when I have form with textArea with long text, and on this page is shown scrollbar. Then when textArea has focus and I use mouse scroll button whole page is scrolling not textArea. It is possible to use some workaround for this case?
