Print Preview bug

When using the print preview function on a grid with HeaderSpans the second level grouping header does not get printed.
Canvas.showPrintPreview(grid);

It does not work on the SmartGWT Showcase also. Is this a bug?

I found the same issue from Mel2480 when searching for "print+headerspan"

Printing of grids with headerSpans is currenly not supported. Consider Feature Sponsorship as a way to have this feature added.

This has been implemented, and is available in nightly builds (smartclient.com/builds).
