pickListCriteria for ListGridField select type?

I notice there is a pickListCriteria for the DynamicForm which we have used successfully but wanted to do the same for a ListGridField select type. However, there does not seem to be the same criteria function or alternative to this. Is there any way around this?

You can set any FormItem/SelectItem properties you want via listGridField.editorProperties.
