Date field value nullified on browser resize

Thanks for the clear description - we've now resolved this issue - it should show up in the next nightly build (Sep 24th)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Run the sample with browser at max size
2. enter some values in the date field
3. Click on the browser's restore button. Notice the date value has disappeared.

I've tested this code in feature explorer in build from sept 22
