Can't seem to find loginRequiredMarker.html in SmartGWT EE 2.3

Today I tried implementing the ReLogin stuff, but I can't seem to find the file "loginRequiredMarker.html" anywhere.

Can someone tell me in which jar/package I can find this file?

It's in the package now and the QuickStart Guide mentions where it is in the Relogin section, however there was a problem where it was omitted in the official 2.3 release.
