Question about summaryRowDataSource

Hi,

I am evaluating SmartClient 8.0 beta.

When I use summaryRowDataSource to display the summary for a listGrid. It works fine and the summary row updates when I filter the listGrid by filter editor.

However, when I group the listGrid by field after I filter the listGrid using filter editor, the summary row goes back to show the summary for the entire table (i.e. the summary row displays the summary of all records rather than the summary of the filtered records).

How do I solve this problem?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. It's a bug and we've fixed it - the fix should show up in tomorrows nightly build.
