Force escape of html in grid data

Hi,
Is there a way to force the grid data to show html in grid data in an escaped manner? I could only find the property on the static text item (outputAsHTML) but not in the rest of the source code.

We've added this as a feature. Look for 'escapeHTML' in the next nightly build.
