Support on iPad?

I'm using the SDK Explorer -> Feature Explorer Layout examples, on iPad.

It seems that the Nesting and User Sizing examples don't work. There doesn't seem to be any way to grab and resize or split.

Are these intended to work on iPad? What is the status of iPad support?
