    SmartGWT LGPLv3 licensing

As I understand SmartGWT LGPL is licensed under LGPL v3, which as per the
http://www.smartclient.com/product link mentions the following, which means I can use SmartGWT LGPL in my application and sell it commercially without having to pay Isomorphic a dime. Is that a correct assessment?

    Code:
    LGPL Edition
Best for: Open source projects & hobbyists
License: LGPLv3 open source license (free for commercial and non-commercial development and deployment)
The reason I am asking is because our company lawyers have blacklisted all LGPLv3 software, which puts SmartGWT out of the equation. Are there any plans for Isomorphic to release under Apache license similar to GWT? SmartGWT will see broader adoption with Apache license without having to get attorneys involved.
