Does Expression Filter works?

I saw this feature in the examples, using expression to filter data.

Is this implemented, when I tried to give different numbers in Population, doesnt fetch the results?

Please provide some information, as we need to use this in our project.

Also I tried to change the criteria to say Population > 100, it says no results

No, sorry, we do not "patch" features to older versions. There are some flaws with the version deployed to the website, since fixed.
