Graphite/Enterprise/EnterpriseBlue: grids in IE8 doesn't display row_Over.png

row_Over.png is not displayed when the mouse is over grids and trees records.

instead on menus it is displayed.

it is regularly displayed in FF and chrome.

only a note, in the docs, for ListGrid.tallBaseStyle I see the defaultValue: "cell", instead of the correct "tallCell".

"cell" is the underlying default, it's overridden in skins that support it
