How can i get all components that are draw?

Hello,

I was wondering if there is a method that returns an array of all components on a page. Basically, i would need an array of all components and, with it, i can check those that are draw and refresh them.

I tried looping on "window" but it's not easy to reliable find which of them are SmartClient components.
