HTML/CSS Multiline Text Row Grid

Hello, I'm looking for a way to make a grid with multiline text rows able to take in HTML/CSS tags for formatting, essentially HTML/CSS formatted paragraph text rows . It seems like this is possible with the SmartClient library, however, I've not come across examples of this. The expansionMode: "detailField" setting seems close to this except it doesn't seem to select the row in the details section when it's expanded out.

So, again, my question is is it possible to make a SmartClient grid with multiline HTML/CSS formatted paragraph text rows?

Can html tags/formatting and formitems be mixed in a canvas?

No examples of setting formatting up where the cells in the table are formitems were found. Is creating individual rows with hlayouts the only approach to getting dynamic content working in a table when you want to build your DetailViewer?
