[BUG] isRemoveField as first column and canRemoveRecords

Smartclient 8.1 and 8.1.x SNAPSHOT-2011-11-15

In a grid with canRemoveRecords:true, put a {isRemoveField:true} as first field, to have it as first column.
Then with a selected record, pressing up/down arrow keys triggers record removal.

well, as of SC_SNAPSHOT-2012-02-03_v8.2p/PowerEdition this bug is fixed.
