Personally, I appreciate ubuntus default "prevent stealing the browsers contextmenu" policy.
This is just a question of security because it prevents that someone emulates the default context menu (with back, forward links etc.) but provides different (malicious) functionality.
However, it might be useful to add a hint to the javadocs.
