maxExpandedRecords prompt when expanded records are not visible...

don't know if it is a bug or a lack of a feature...but if in the #expansionLimitedWithDetails sample you add showFilterEditor:true, then:
1. expand the first 3 records
2. filter the category for 'glue'
3. try to expand another record

the expanded records are not visible, but you'll get the maxExpandedRecordsPrompt.
From the user perspective this is not advisable.
any suggestion for a viable workaround?

Thanks for the report - we've addressed this in 8.2p and 8.3d, the fix should make it into the nightly builds in the next few days.

I'm trying the same scenario depicted in my previous post with SmartClient Version: v8.2p_2012-06-25/PowerEdition Development Only, so:

1. expand the first 3 records
2. filter the category for 'glue'
3. now I can expand other 3 records
4. clear filter
5. now I have 6 records expanded and I can expand more records without any restriction

This has been addressed in 8.2p and 8.3d and the fix should hit the nightlies from 27/6.
