Grouped editing

Hi there, I noticed in this example from the Feature Explorer that edited records should move to their new grouping automatically:

However, if you try the same thing in your showcase application by grouping the grid by category and then editing the category field on the Edit tab, the record does not move to a new group automatically? Is there a way to make a grid like the showcase application grid do that automatically?
