SmartClient Calendar popup unusable on iPad

Hi,

When you "click" on the calandar icon next to a date field, the calandar pops up, then the virtual keyboard pops up and the calandar disappears. It it not possible to select a date from the calandar - you have to type in the date with the keyboard.

We are using SmartClient 8.2 Pro with the Ipad Safari and the Mobile skin.

You can see this behavior on the Feature Explorer on your site (Forms, Form Controls, Date).

Anyone have some idea for that.

I had this problem on the galaxy tablet as well but I couldn't reproduce consistently.

We've made a fix to address this issue in the latest and 82 branches. The Calendar popup should now be usable.

The date picker on the iPad works using 04-23 8p build - still kind of annoying that the keyboard shows up as soon as I select a date in the picker since the date text field now has focus but it is usable.

We've made internal improvements to the DateChooser to boost reliability on all platforms. Selecting a date, dismissing DateChooser, should no longer pop up the soft keyboard or focus into any unexpected field. (In latest branch only for now, not 82, verified on iPad.)
