how to use ListGrid, ListGridRecord, or ListGridField setContents method

New to the forum, thank you in advance for your assistance

I need to change the content of a record on recordClick
My thought was that if ListGrid record/field inherits setContents() from Canvas that I could somehow use that, but I'm open to suggestions
