Question about IE11 support for old SmartClient Releases

Hi,

One very important client of us is asking for the IE11 support for our product which is using the old SmartClient release (SmartClient v8.3p_2015-05-05).

Our question is: are you aware any major issues for running SmartClient v8.3p on IE11?

8.3 doesn't support IE11 - it predates IE11 by about 3 years, and there are no plans to backport the necessary changes that far, as there have been 3 releases in the meantime.

As far as what we've had to work around for IE11 in more recent versions - IE11 had a number of new bugs and behavior changes, mostly regarding focus, scrolling and reported content sizes. Any of these could be "major" in a given application, or unimportant - there's no way for us to tell.
