How to add text prefix to a tabset ?

Is it possible to add a prefix to a tabset??

I tried to search through the forums and other places. I couldnt find one other than the tab controls. But the tab controls are added to the right most, instead i want to add a Title on the left before any tabset being added.

I appreciate your thought.
