    autoCenter not working for Window


    If true, this Window widget will automatically be centered on the page when shown. If false, it will show up in the last position it was placed (either programmatically, or by user interaction).
    I am using autoCenter for some of the windows that we create. However, autoCenter is not working as expected. This does not happen for native grid windows, such as Configure Sort.

    REPRO Steps:
    ============
    1. Load the test case
    2. Scroll to the bottom of the grid, click filter button
    3. Observe that the window opens in the center of the page (default as its the first time)
    4. Drag the window to the top of the page. You will need to scroll the window back up to do this.
    5. Close the window
    6. Scroll to the bottom of the grid, click filter button again
    7. Observe that the dialog opens at the top of the page, where it was moved to.

    We expect that autoCenter: true should always open the window in the center of the page.

    This does happen for the following native grid windows:
    - field picker
    - edit hilites

      By design, Windows that are drag moved by the user stop auto-centering. If you want to center the window every time, you can call centerInPage() to do so, but note that in a scenario like the above, this might annoy your users (there must be a reason they dragged the Window elsewhere).

      We'll also add a note to the docs mentioning that manually moving a Window turns off auto-centering.
