advices for IDE with syntax completion or TypeScript definitions

Hi,

I am looking for advices on IDE or Editor to be used to develop with SmartClient LGPL. My wish would be to have syntax completion (at least for methods/properties) of SmartClient objects/classes.
Is there any official or unofficial support for that? Any integration with the documentation at least, or go-to-definition ?

the new Visual Studio Code from Microsoft is able to offer syntax completion if TypeScript definitions are available. Those can be generated from JSON documentation for example. Are any of these available ?

We don't really want to recommend any one IDE - they have different advantages and disadvantages.

A few users are discussing possible TypeScript wrappers here.
