support for IE11 Enterprise Mode

We are using smartclient version v9.1p_2015-11-26, we are wondering if this version supports Internet Explorer 11 Enterprise Mode.

That version doesn't fully support IE11 in general (go with 10.1 and up for that), but regardless, at that moment we do not officially support Enterprise Mode. As with <meta> tags that cause IE to emulate older versions of itself, the reality is that the support has slight flaws, such that IE11 emulating IE8 is not quite IE8, and this is yet different from IE9 or IE10 supporting IE8. It's not feasible to support the resulting giant matrix of slightly different browser behaviors.
