Cube Grid Export fails

Hello,
I am trying to use Smart client's built in Export to excel functionality. But I get response as status:-1,
data:"Attempt to execute RPC DMI Builtin 'downloadClientExport' DENIED by server.properties configuration. To enable this method, add it to the list of methods under RPCManager.enabledBuiltinMethods in server.properties"

did you see the error message "Attempt to execute RPC DMI Builtin 'downloadClientExport' DENIED by server.properties configuration. To enable this method, add it to the list of methods under RPCManager.enabledBuiltinMethods in server.properties"? Is that method listed in your server.properties file?
