The only remaining variable seems to be the possibility of a transient bug in Firefox only for your particular version. Can you update to 15.0?

We have reproduced the behavior and are currently analyzing the most efficient way to solve it.

It should be fixed in both branches SC 8.2p/8.3d. Today's builds should include it.
