isc.DateUtil.compareDates is undefined

Hello, in the latest build the method isc.DateUtil.compareDates (and also compareLogicalDates) is undefined.

Those methods are only defined on DateUtil in SC 11.1d - in older branches they're defined on Date. Please provide a stack trace if you're saying the Framework is attempting to access them off DateUtil in SC 11.0p.

I didn't realize they were 11.1d only. It's my code that calls them. Sorry for the bogus report.
