Opera: Flashlet with percentage values causes white screen in "standards mode"

Please download the example test case from http://www.kaitischler.name/SmartClient/SCFlashlet.html and place it into the "\SmartClient_651_Evaluation\smartclientSDK" directory.
You can open this page directly first, too; in order to see if Flash content appears in Your Opera browser or not.

This Flashlet example runs just fine in IE and FF; it fails, however, in Opera when run in "standards mode"; when run in "quirks mode" (removing/commenting the doctype directive),
the Flash content appears in Opera, too.
I suppose the failing is due to the percentage values for width and height. The watch tab of the SC DevCon has nothing to show in the failing case ...

I have just recognized that a "normal" SC window component is displayed "crippled" in "standards mode", but fine in "quirks mode". Maybe there is a more general issue with the Opera browser in "standards mode" ?
