CanvasItem showValue and valuesManager

it seems that showValue on a canvasItem doesn't get called if the form is managed by a databound valuesManager and the form is declared after the valuesManager (using the vm's ID in the form)

moving the form declaration before the vm declaration solves the problem.

mh, trying to write the simplest test case which mimics my issue gives me a...working sample !

so there must be some other quibble in my app :-|
