SpinnerItem Mouse Press Issue in IE11

Clicking the up arrow once on a SpinnerItem is increasing the value by 2, instead of 1. The sensitivity on IE11 is much higher than Chrome/Firefox where once you click on the up/down arrow, the count immediately increases/decreases multiple times.
We don't see this issue from Chrome or Firefox Browsers.

Hi,
Sorry for the silence- this issue has been resolved in the latest branches (11.1 and 11.0), and backported to 10.1 as of the next nightly build (dated Jan 12 or above).
We haven't yet backported to 9.1. Given that you're reporting the bug on that branch we assume this is a requirement for you. We will get the fix ported back there shortly (likely for the nightly build dated Jan 13)
