DateChooser error using Tahoe skin

Hello, please try the #dateItem sample, using Tahoe skin: open the DateChooser and then choose a date, you'll get this error:

We aren't seeing this issue against recent builds in any browser - do you still see it? If so, which OS/browser versions?

In any case, we've added a null check that should address the crash - you can test the fix in builds dated April 4 and later.
