Tahoe skin: expand-icon in TreeGrid is clinched

looking at the example I've seen a wrong width of the [+]-icon
I think the icons should be squared, not clinched (in the image below 22x12 px)

This happens, by necessity, with showConnectors:true and using non-default density for the skin. The connectors can't scale horizontally without looking terrible.

You can provide your own set of connectors and adjust the TreeGrid settings via your skin if you want to use non-default density and the stretching bothers you.
