Minor showcase issue: HeaderSpan sample location in 11.0/11.1

Hi Isomophic,

working with SmartClient showcase a lot lately I noticed that the HeaderSpan sample (v11.0p_2017-03-29) is in category "Filtering" and not "Appearance", as it is in SmartGWT.

actually it was already present in Appearance and now is there twice (11.0p and 11.1d).
