CalendarEvents render issue when Browser zooming

    Hi Isomorphic / all,

We noticed that when Chrome's zoom is applied the CalendarEvents are not rendered properly. They are not aligned in the time they should be. At some we need to have it at 125% or 150%
The alignment is worse according to the position on the Calendar, this means, that CalendarEvents near to the top (earliest ones) are good but the ones in the middle or in the bottom are more affected by this issue.
Here some screenshots taken from the Hands on Demo' Simple Calendar:

I already read the "Native Browser Support" but not sure if those known bugs are part of this.
Is there something we can do here?
    detect-zoom.min.js could help?

Any help would be really appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

Im using smartclient: Version v10.0p_2014-09-14 (2014-09-14)
    Browser: Google Chrome

This report doesn't really make sense - browser zoom shouldn't affect relative placement of elements, and if it did that would be a browser bug.

You should start by updating to a version that isn't years out of date, and also try disabling any browser extensions you may have.

        Hi Isomorphic,

using latest Chrome (57.0.2987.133 64-bit), Win 10 and maximum Browser Zoom, I can see it as well using the online showcase sample (v11.0p_2017-04-03).
In difference to the OP I see the events move down.

The issue is visible in latest Chrome and Firefox. It works fine in IE 6.0 thou.

To reproduce the issue simple zoom in or out. If it is still ok try to refresh page.

Apologies for the delay on this one - we've made a framework change to force events to properly reposition when the Calendar as a whole, and the auto-sizing Columns in particular, resize as a result of browser zoom.

However, you may still see less obvious instances where eventCanvas positions are off by a couple of pixels depending on the browser and current zoom - it's not clear we can easily deal with that at the framework level, but let us know if you see a pattern.
