Regression: PDF export does not work on Firefox

PDF export stopped working on Firefox in the recent 11.1 builds. Seems to be fine on Chrome.
This is reproducible in your Demo env: http://www.smartclient.com/smartclie...id=FSpdfExport

Test Case:
Navigate to the link above in FF and click on the Export button. Nothing happens. Looks like it's not even sending requests to the server.


SmartClient_v111p_2017-07-07_Pro and SmartClient_v111p_2017-07-09_Pro
Tested with Firefox 45.8.0 and 51.0.1 (Windows 7).
