Black Ops and Treefrog Skin, picker icons missing

The icons of PickerIcon are missing in Black Ops and Treefrog Skin.

[Isomorphic]

The built-in pickerIcons were added to newer skins after the release of BlackOps and TreeFrog, and an icon set won't be designed for this older skin. However, we have copied the icons over from the Graphite skins so there are at least reasonable looking icons available.
