please see this sample (v11.1p_2017-08-20) and choose 2017-12-19.

I have to idea why under this circumstances the language is shown as "Mitteleuropäische Zeit" and not "Central European Time".
I did not find anything on this in getlocalization, so where is the translation coming from?
The 1st screenshot is the same in GC60 and IE Edge, FF26 does not show the TZ string at all:
This is very minor for me, I'm just curious here.
