11.1p ListGrid MultiGrouping and showRowNumbers bug

Hi Isomorphic,

please see this issue where the row number starts again at "1" for every new top-group.

Testcase: Online showcase sample (v11.1p_2017-10-10) + "showRowNumbers:true,".

Please also test with 3-level Multigroup, where this counting-restart seems to happen at Top-level as well as at 2nd-level.

A fix for this issue has been committed and will be available in builds starting on Oct 12.
