11.1p Tahoe: SelectItem pickList border issue

Hi Isomorphic,

please compare the design of the SelectItems here and here (normal vs multiple, v11.1p_2017-12-27). You'll notice that for the normal one, the pickList border does not include the scrollbar, which I would expect tough.
