10.1p/11.1p/12.0d: ListGrid fires way too many requests on scroll

Hi Isomorphic,

please see this video of a scroll in this sample (SNAPSHOT_v12.0d_2018-01-14, but happens the same in 10.1p and 11.1p).
In my opinion it fires way too many fetch requests here (12 requests in 0.45 seconds). I don't know if you changed some delay setting here or if this is even on purpose and I did not notice this so far.
But I'm pretty sure this changed recently and also assume is a bug.

Yeah that's pretty bad :) Fix for all versions will appear in the Jan 28, 2018 build (tomorrow)

I can see this is fixed online in SNAPSHOT_v12.0d_2018-01-28 and v11.1p_2018-01-28. I did not retest 10.1, as the showcase seems to be down.
