11.1p ComboBoxItem with valueIcons styling issue

Hi Isomorphic,

please see this sample (v11.1p_2018-01-22) in Tahoe and Enterprise. It seems the icons are not correctly positioned after selecting an entry.
Tahoe: No spacing
Enterprise: Too little spacing and not vertically centered.
