treeGrid.refreshData() does not respect treeGrid.loadDataOnDemand

isc.version == "v11.1p_2018-01-23/LGPL Deployment"

When calling treeGrid.refreshData() on a TreeGrid with loadDataOnDemand == false, resulting ResultTree has always loadDataOnDemand set to true, which leads to strange behaviours.

Thanks for pointing this out. We're looking into it. Note that this should already be working properly in SmartClient 12.0d.
