please see this sample (v11.1p_2018-03-10).
It seems that the resize cursor is visible way too long (all the time on the empty space of the Window) and also, that the cursor type (resize width or resize height) is somehow cached, and that the old cursor is displayed for a very short time when 1st resizing one side and then the other.
(At the end of the video on the right border you can see for a short time that there is still the height-resize cursor visible)
Also, as noted here, resize on left/top is not possible.
This is minor, but I also noticed it in my application.
