11.1p/12.0d: Multi SelectItem with icons shows icon twice when only one entry is selected

We've made a change to address this issue. Please try the next nightly build dated March 14 or above

Just a note to say that the fix made it into the 12.0 branch for the March 14th build, but has only just been ported to 11.1 - the change will be present in nightly builds there starting with tomorrow's build (March 16)
