Inconsistend styling of alternateRecordStyles

SmartClient version: v11.1p_2018-04-04, v12.0p_2018-04-04

Alternate rows in ListGrid in versions 11.1 and 12.0 lost some borders in Enterprise, Enterprise and Graphite skins, making them look inconsistent and less readable: Same goes for disabled rows.

Is this an intentional change?
